Illuminate Adelaide Partners with International Visionaries for World Premiere Event: Resonate

From June 29 to July 30, the beloved creators of Light Cycles will return to Adelaide Botanic Gardens to debut Resonate.

Moment Factory’s latest expression of light, technology and sound will craft an immersive night trail throughout the gardens, guiding guests through six brand new installations.

“In previous years, Light Cycles has been really popular,” states Amy O’Shaughnessy, SA Tourism’s general manager of public relations, “and it continues to evolve each year”.

“Illuminate Adelaide works with really amazing creators and digital AV teams from all over the world to bring the experience to life,” continues O’Shaughnessy. “Just being able to have that representation there and the credibility that they bring to Illuminate as a whole is what I think will drive tourism and bring in people from different states.”

The visionaries behind Resonate are Moment Factory, a Canadian multimedia entertainment studio that specialises in innovative storytelling. Moment Factory strive to craft once-in-a-lifetime experiences by blending technology, light and sound into interactive, unique experiences.

“The pull here,” said O’Shaughnessy, “is that we are working with those really big global brands to bring something like this to life in Adelaide, and it is quite spectacular.”

Resonate will welcome guests from 6pm every Tuesday to Sunday at the Garden’s North Terrace gates.

Tickets must be purchased in advance, and attendees must adhere to their timeslot.

Enjoy drinks and local food truck specials around the fire before or after you explore the Resonate trail.

Tickets are on sale now for $42 from illuminateadelaide.com
